Born in Carolina, Puerto Rico – 1989. Growing up in the smallest island of the Greater Antilles, this 100 miles long by 35 miles wide territory, officially known as the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, exposed Christian to countless cultural experiences and many historical locations.
Christian spent his early years playing baseball. As the youngest of two brothers, he grew up helping his mother in the kitchen while learning a few techniques that lead him to become fascinated with cooking. His professional career began when he started as an apprentice working at a local caribbean restaurant. By the young age of 16, he became the head of the kitchen of that restaurant.
In 2007, Christian decided to leave Puerto Rico to immerse himself deeper into the culinary world and to pursue an education from the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Dallas, TX.
Ever since after graduating, he has dedicated his time and knowledge gaining valuable experience in many of the finest local restaurants and reputable medical facilities. Christian has also catered numerous private functions, earning him a reputation of excellence in everything he does.
